I am Dr. Mary Underwood
As a dedicated practitioner researcher, my focus is on holistic healing and the powerful mind-body connection. My passion for learning, discovery, and personal growth drives me to both master and develop innovative ways to support the well-being of my family, friends, clients, and myself.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to offer somatic and brain integration therapy, helping children, teens, and adults enhance their cognitive abilities, focus, coordination, and overall well-being. Witnessing the transformation of each individual as they heal, grow, and rediscover their inner spark is truly an honor.
Beyond cognitive improvement, I have had the privilege of working with clients facing Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, allergies, trauma, and relational challenges within families, couples, and individuals. My goal is to provide compassionate, research-based support that empowers each person on their healing journey.
I am truly honored to support individuals in unlocking their full potential and leading healthier, more balanced lives.

My creative/analytical approach and 30 years experience in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, brings the best in-class experience to LIMENN Studio, in order to help you elevate your mind & body. My role as a thought leader, co-developer of digital assets, and designer of exquisite physical products are sure to enhance your life and transformative experience of self healing and personal growth.
The body is an incredible self healing universe, which given the time to heal brings peace of mind and self esteem, empowering individuals in ways they never saw before... providing gifts and talents we all should embody and share with each other.
